    12,300 SF of New Retail Coming to Country Club Village

    Development at 120th and Federal will bring Sola Salon Studios to Westminster along with 6,200 SF of new retail space.
    Country Club Village, mixed-use development at the NEC of 120th and Federal, announced construction of two new retail buildings totaling approximately 12,300 SF.  Construction is due to begin in October/November 2015. Sola Salon Studios, a National Salon Company with over 200 locations, has leased one of the buildings totaling approximately 6,150 SF.
    David Boschert, Bosch Land Group, is developing the project in conjunction with Mike Byrne, Byrne Realty Advisors, the original Developer of the 150,000 SF mixed-use retail/office professional development. Mark Williford, Mark Ernster and Chris Cook of SullivanHayes Brokerage are the listing agents for the project. 6,000 plus SF is still available for lease.
